SUBSCRIPTION

When you join, you enter into a legal contract to make a recurring payment according to the key terms regarding the trial period, trial cost, and monthly renewal price as stated on the online subscription application form. You may cancel any time, though fees are never refundable or transferable .

Your username and password will give you 24/7 access to the content and forums within the membership area of the site.

Recurring payments will be debited from the credit or debit card you enter upon joining and will appear as Trading et Analyse Ltd.

Please bear in mind that if you cancel your subscription, or fail to keep your credit or debit card details up to date, if you rejoin, new membership plans with different terms may be in place, for example at a higher monthly subscription. You will not be able to revert to your original plan.

Trial memberships are for one-time use per person. Please do not attempt to cancel your membership after the trial period and rejoin at the trial offer. We reserve the right to amend such subscriptions to the full monthly fee. 

LOGON DETAILS

Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.

USE OF SITE FOR PROMOTION

No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums. Invention promotion companies deemed to be operating suspiciously are not allowed to use the site in any way and will be removed immediately. As will any schemes that appear to exploit inventors or product innovators in any way.

No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums. Your forum posts may include reference to your services, product or website if relevant to your post and helpful to other site members.

PERSONAL IDENTITY

Please use your own name and/or user name when posting to the discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.

BEHAVIOUR

Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the discussion groups. No name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed.

Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in the discussion forums.

Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forums. Do not libel or defame others. TradingetAnalyse.com reserves the right to remove potentially libelous or defamatory postings. This site strongly disapproves "flaming" - posting to offend or cause dissent.

We monitor messages on the discussion forums, but do not generally edit them. However, we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not shesingenious.org. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums, or even have their subscriptions terminated.

RIGHT TO USE YOUR COMMENTS AND CONTENT

Unless expressly agreed in writing, when you post content in the discussion forums and elsewhere on the site, or agree to be interviewed for video or audio recordings, you permit this site to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion.
